MINDFULNESS MEDITATION 

Learn easy and effective ways to meditate. Understand how meditation works to bring you calmness, clarity and a sense of peace. Also learn techniques adapted from meditation to develop a happier, more positive approach to life; and practices to quickly let go of stress, clear your mind or lift your spirits. This is a highly experiential course where you practise simple and effective techniques that bring you inner stability, balance and a sense of peace.

JOYFUL MEDITATION (Level 2 workshop)

Open to those who have already done Mindfulness Meditation. Deepen your practice, learn new techniques and add a greater understanding o life to live with awareness, conscious choice and equanimity. 

$250 per participant. 

The MEDITATION HOUR - selected Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

Meditation Courses and Meditation Practice

Choose what works best for you right now: a half-day MINDFULNESS MEDITATION  workshop for beginners, and those short on time but hight on stress; a longer JOYFUL MEDITATION workshop to get deeper into meditation practice and wisdom for life; and an INNER TRANSFORMATION workshop for those who want to go all the way.

Join the Meditation Hour  for regular group practice or get some individually-designed coaching to help you set up your own meditation practice.

All courses and group meditations are entirely non-religious. Individual coaching can be tailored to help you incorporate meditation into your existing spiritual practices, if desired.

We also offer mindfulness teachings as corporate training programs.

Meditation, mindfulness and wisdom to help you quickly bring peace, calmness and alertness when you need it; and to transform you from the inside into a calm and focused person.

The workshop teaches several easy and effective ways to meditate, with plenty of practice. It offers tips on setting up your own regular practice. It explains the science behind meditation so that your understanding of the process strengthens your practice of meditation. It teaches you, too, to be less reactive and more responsive to life, shifting your locus of control inside rather than outside yourself.

Discover the joys of meditation with like-minded students led by Pamposh Dhar, who has taught meditation for several years in the Philippines and Singapore. Pamposh guides the group through several different forms of meditation, and explains the why and how of meditation.

The Teacher

Pamposh Dhar has taught meditation since 2006 in the Philippines, India and Singapore. She believes everyone can meditate for their own peace and happiness – but many either don’t know where to start or feel they don’t have the time or discipline to practice regularly.

Pamposh first learnt meditation from her father when she was 6 or 7 years old. But she began practising regularly, and with greater awareness, about 15 years ago, when she was in her late 30s. Along the way, she has learnt different forms of meditation from different teachers, including Zen meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Sahaj meditation and yoga, mantra meditation, and the breath yoga and meditations taught in the Art of Living courses. In addition, as a transpersonal counsellor, she has experience in leading guided meditations that bring one to greater self-awareness.
